Physical Activity

It is recommended to participate in physical activity for a minimum of 30 minutes, 5 times a week or 90 minutes, 3 times a week.  If you have any difficulties with walking or moving , talk to your doctor.

  • Running
  • Biking 
  • Muscle Building
  • Dancing
  • Yoga
